One of the organizations that we support locally is the Clare Beckett Guild. It’s a nonprofit that helps raise money for Uncompensated Care at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Every year, we donate a dinner for 10 to be auctioned off during the organization’s fundraising event and this year’s winner is, once again, Judy Paulsen Gaffney.
Owner Attila Szabo, Executive Chef Chris Bryant and other chefs prepared a delightful dinner for the Gaffneys and their guests. They started with heirloom watermelons, seafood deviled eggs, and gazpacho shooters with Dungeness crab. It was followed by tuna nicoise salad and Wagyu tri tip steak. Dessert was grilled peaches with our very own Rooftop honey and ice cream. You can check the full menu below.
