Judy Paulsen Gaffney was the winning bid at the Clare Becket Guild auction for the fabulous dinner for 10 at her beautiful home. Owner Attila Szabo, Executive Chef Chris Bryant, Chef Nick Hankemeier, and General Managers Thomas Day and Les Seligman made an amazing dinner with extraordinary wine pairings with each course. Magic happened! Cream cheese stuffed mushroom caps with Dungeness crab, fresh Ahi, brown butter sage scallops with a celery root and honey crisp apple slaw, sweet potato soup, champagne vinaigrette autumn salad, King Salmon with sweet potatoes, Kobe short ribs, and amazing pumpkin cheesecake with bruleed figs sitting in an eggnog dream.
