This is our first visit to Duris Cucumber Farm in Puyallup with Chef Dylan and Chef Nick from our Renton location. We are just warming up for our first season of pickling with Peggy and Tom Duris. We were lucky enough to visit their farm and see some beautiful fields of squash, cucumbers, and zucchini. This is such an exciting time of year with beautiful Washington produce.
