Chef Tim & Oasis Orchard Organic Rainier Cherries

Tim Chism, our Issaquah Lead Cook, has a special connection to the organic Rainier cherries.  Tim’s family operates and manages the Oasis Orchard in Wenatchee where he personally went and picked the cherries for WildFin.   We have an amazing feature entree of Sockeye Salmon with Cherry Salsa starting Wednesday July 2nd.  We couldn’t stop there, so we’re bringing you a featured dessert called Tim’s Cherries Jubilee.

You’ve probably seen cherries in grocery stores and on roadside stands for a few weeks now and may possibly believe we are behind the season on offering them in our restaurants. The simple fact is we wait for the best of the best Rainier cherries to be harvested and they’re from Oasis Orchard.
