We love a fresh spring salad this time of year and we are happy to partner with local farmers like Willie Green’s who provides the spring greens for our menu.
Willie Green’s was founded in 1986 with humble beginnings on a quarter acre plot of leased land in Woodinville. Today, the farm is now 65-acres situated between Snoqualmie and Skykomish Rivers, south of Monroe, WA, in a unique micro-climate of misty cool mornings and sunny warm days.
Willie Green’s is certified 100% organic and is family owned and operated. Their produce is seasonal, fresh, and 100% Washington grown. The farm supplies restaurants with baby lettuce, salad greens and herbs and sells their produce at local Farmer’s Markets. In addition, they are a loyal partner of Whole Foods Market. We are proud to support good growers like Willie Greens who extend to their local communities.
At WildFin, our spring mix consists of red or green baby leaf romaine, frisee, arugula, and/or baby spinach. Try one of our harvest salads or the Salmon/Halibut Nicoise dish next time you are in.
