Tim Chism, our Issaquah Lead Cook, has a special connection to the organic Rainier cherries. Tim’s family operates and manages the Oasis Orchard in Wenatchee where he personally went and picked the cherries for WildFin. We have an amazing feature entree of Sockeye Salmon with Cherry Salsa starting Friday the 5th. We couldn’t stop there, so we’re bringing you a featured dessert called Tim’s Cherries Jubilee.
