We’re very excited to be hosting another wine dinner with Chateau Ste Michelle on January 15th, 2014! Our Special Guest this time around is Kara Koh, the assistant winemaker. Ms. Koh has been with Chateau Ste Michelle for over 20 years!
The wine dinner will from 6-8pm in the Conference Room of our Issaquah location. Our chef has worked with the winery to come up with a special menu that pairs well with some of their wines.

Roasted beet salad with fresh arugula tossed with blood orange vinaigrette finished with sea salt and gorgonzola cheese

Rosemary crostini with shredded duck confit and red currant onion chutney
2011 Cold Creek Chardonnay
Grilled beef tenderloin with mushroom ragout and a juniper berry sauce
2011 Indian Wells Cabernet Sauvignon
Chocolate mousse with candied orange peel and Boehm’s dark chocolate
2011 Columbia Valley Syrah
