Wildfin Chef Chris Bryant Visits Rhubarb Field at Richter Farms

With Seattle Restaurant Week 2015 just around the corner, our head chef Chris Bryant visited Richter Farms to check out their outdoor rhubarb crop, which will be used in one of our featured desserts for the event – the Washington Apple Rhubarb Cobbler. Richter Farms is one of our long-time local suppliers and we are proud of our close relationship with them.

In this video, you will see chef Chris chatting with Timothy Richter and inspecting the crop in the middle of a beautiful field in Puyallup Valley. Soon you can enjoy our cobbler and other creative dishes inspired by this tart vegetable.
