This Weekend’s Special

Beef Burgundy

A classic dish with a Wildfin twist!  Slow cooked prime rib sauteed in burgundy red wine with pearl onions, caramelized sweet potatoes, smoked wild mushrooms and finished with a rich beef demi glaze.  Buttery mashed potatoes top the stew and placed in the oven until golden brown.  Served with fire roasted broccolini.
