Summer of Salmon Cooking Class – Success!

We had so much fun at our Summer of Salmon cooking class! We were completely sold out and were so glad to see so many in the community join in. Our students were able to play with some fresh Copper River salmon wild caught from Alaska, which our Executive Chef Chris Bryant spent a few days on the fishing boats joining in on the first catch.

Students learned different ways to prepare salmon as well as good  wine and cocktail pairings. Many especially loved the Apple Brandy!
