Locally Sourced - Staying True to Our Northwest Roots

WildFin is continually working to find and procure products that are sustainable, responsibly grown & harvested and, when available local to the Pacific Northwest. We work with local farmers in the Snoqualmie, Puyallup and Yakima Valley to source seasonal fruits and vegetables throughout the growing season. Beef from RR Ranch and Snake River Farms is also a part of our menu.

We closely follow the Monterey Bay Aquarium watch list and have recently applied for certification from Smart-Catch. Our menu is printed weekly to feature seasonally relevant product selections from a wide list of local suppliers seen below. WildFin also features a wide selection of locally crafted spirits, Washington wines and all of our draft beers are from Northwest Craft Breweries.

The schools are back in session and fall is approaching. It’s time to think about those fall festivals that are so much fun to enjoy after the hot summer we’ve just had! The Pacific Northwest has many beer-focused “Oktoberfest-style” festivals this September and October: here’s a list of some of them on Funtober.com

Closer to home, WildFin is committed to bringing you some of the finest, Northwest craft-brewed beers available. You’ll always find a consistent selection of the classic styles and a few unexpected surprises, so come in to try a new beer or enjoy your favorite one!

Choose between our selection of draught beer including our WildFin IPA, WildFin Blonde, WildFin Bavarian Hefeweizen and WildFin Red Ale, all coming from Anchorage, AK. On our bar menu you will also find brews crafted in Redmond, Seattle, Kent and Snoqualmie for true local flavor.

And for non-beer drinkers, we also take the art of the cocktail seriously. Premium spirits, fresh made mixes, quality garnish and the correct techniques make the difference. It?s easy to mix and ?drink? but it takes care, skill and a commitment to quality to craft a fine cocktail. Our bartenders are professionals in their field so if you don?t see your favorite on the menu, just ask and we?ll be happy to accommodate your pleasure.

Operated by brothers David and Peter Truitt, Truitt Bros., Inc. is a third-generation family-owned food processor. It provides shelf stable products for a wide variety of establishments, from restaurants and businesses to healthcare and retailers. As part of their commitment to preservation of wildlife and natural resource, as well as positive employee relations and sound manufacturing practices, Truitt Bros. became the first food processor in the country to earn Food Alliance certification in May of 2006.

Salish Seafoods sells shellstock, singles and shucked meats throughout the United States and China.It operates out of a six acre of waterfront property on the western shore of Harstine Island in South Puget Sound. It also grows oysters on 41 acres of tidelands on pristine Squaxin Island which is unihabited tribal reservation land. In 2002, the company has won the honor of “Most Beautified Oyster” from the Pacific Coast Shellfish Growers Association.

Snoqualmie Falls Brewing Co.

Snoqualmie Falls Brewing Company is a small, private company located in historic downtown Snoqualmie, Washington. It has been brewing hand-made, world class beers since 1997. It brews seven outstanding beers, plus a rotating selection of seasonal and special brews. Its products are available at its restaurant, Taproom, as well as in stores in Washington and northern Idaho .

Willie Green’s Organic Farm

Owner Jeff Miller?s passion for farming emerged from his prior career as a chef and a desire to grow the finest produce possible. Established in 1987, Willie Green?s began with only a quarter acre plot of leased land in Woodinville, which supplied eight local restaurants with baby lettuce, salad greens and herbs. Now located in Monroe, the family-owned farm has grown to fifty-five acres and produces fifty to sixty varieties of vegetables and berries available at farmers markets throughout the Seattle area.

Michael Sterino started Sterino Farms in 1923 after arriving in Ellis Island from Naples, Italy. For more than 20 years, he made his living growing raspberries, blackberries and pie cherries until his wife died and he decided to turn over the farm to his sons and return to Italy . However, it is his grandson, Jack Sterino, who grew the business and made it the producer of the freshest, best tasting berries across the entire United States.


Duris Farm

Hazel Duris and her husband, AL, started the farm in 1955 as simple garden selling cucumber and other vegetables on the side.Today, Duris Farm is run by all five of the Duris children and continues to offer as pickling cucumber as its specialty pickling cucumbers. They also sell everything else that you would need to make pickles.

HerbCo was founded in Duvall, Washington in 1992 by two couples: one, organic farm owners; the other, marketing specialists.
