Genesis Chardonnay served with a seared scallop skewer, spinach and pine nut risotto, crispy prosciutto, with a black garlic butter sauce.
Genesis Syrah served with an artisan flatbread selection of smoked Copper River salmon, leaks, pork belly, cipollini onion, and arugula.
Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon served with cabernet braised short rib, asparagus, fingerling potatoes, frazzled onion strings, spring carrot puree, with a cabernet wine sauce.
Hogue Cellars Riesling with a cheese board of hazelnut crusted chevre, double creme brie, gorgonzola with candied walnuts, granny smith apples, apricot mostarda, honey balsamic, and house-baked crackers.
