Dear Staff and Management,
I stopped in today at your Renton location with two colleagues for a lunch meeting at your restaurant. We had such an unexpectedly phenomenal experience that I had to send a thank you. The impeccable service was matched only by the zing and flare of the delicious pulled pork flatbread with awesome jalapeño aioli.
What impressed me even more was something much more touching and truly impressive. I asked one of your staff if you had chili on the menu, and somehow my appreciation for the chili at a neighboring restaurant came up; I was outright asked if I’d like someone to go fetch some for me. I of course said absolutely not, but I was surprised minutes later by a piping hot bowl of chili from around the corner! I was told that a manager personally walked over to grab some for me.
I was absolutely speechless about this rare, above-and-beyond show of hospitality – so simple and yet so profound. Very few are the experiences I’ve had at restaurants that can even come close to matching the one I had today.
Thank you for making my day, and thank you for the hard work and patience I know it takes to deliver such a high level of satisfaction to your customers. I’ll be back, and I’ll absolutely be going out of my way to tell others about my superb experience – and the bomb flatbread. Next time, I’ll be exploring the menu even more – no chili for me!
