We’re excited to return to Grape Escape, Foundation of Rotary Club of Issaquah. We’re preparing some wonderful appetizers for the estimated 450 attendees at this years Grape Escape event March 20th from 6:00-9:00pm at the Pickering Barn. Chef Ainoy has created a house-smoked Kenai River Sockeye with capered Greek yogurt, dill and lemon as well as a Wild Oregon Coast seared Albacore with chilled Spring salad and garlic aioli.
